    • Worker, 66, Found Dead Inside Silo
LOCKPORT - Niagara County Coroner Dr. Thomas Regan is investigating the death of a 66year old farm hand found in a silo late this morning. Edward Beutel was found in the silo by his employer, Howard Moll, of Robinson Road, Town of Lockport. Niagara County sheriff's deputies, who said Mr. Beutel had apparently been dead for only a Short time, said the South Lockport Volunteer Fire Co. ambulance was sent to the farm, but efforts to revive him were futile."It appears that death was due to natural causes," deputies said. The body was taken to the Pike and Jones Funeral Home, Sanborn, where funeral arrangements were to be made.
