D. MARSHALL FLAY, age 64, died suddenly Wednesday in Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital. Well known in local Masonic and fraternal circles, he retired in 1952 after 31 years with the City Water Dept. and was an employe of Stone & Webster, engineers. He is survived by his wife, Dolly M., daughter, Mrs. K. J. Whalen, of Pittsfield, Mass, a son David M. of the Town of Tonawanda, NY, and five grandchildren. Funeral services from the home, 140 1st. St. at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 1953, Rev. Charles C. Berryhill officiating.
